Yeah it will need a tune for the injectors and pump.

If you had just put the pump in you could have waited for a tune.

Hey congrats!

I have to install my FMIC and my meth nozzle holder melted lol. I got a new one from Labonte (better quality) but will prolly wait to install it when I put the FMIC on in a week or so.

X-over pipe is on. Motor sounds better. I can now discern piston slap from my almost busted TO bearing. An upgraded clutch is in my future, lol. The pistons slap a tad when cold, but nothing as bad as videos I have seen on the net. Once she's warmed up, it pulls great vacuum and idles almost like butter. Pretty amazing cause I built it and have ran it out of gas (literally, it was on E and the WBO2 went to 18:1 at full tilt so I let off), high rpm knocked the hell out of it, ran out of methanol, etc. It sounds great now too especially when rompin on it.

New mods going on and hitting the track on the 10th!

Gone:

APS CAI - on wife's car.
Samco MAF hose and inlet - going on my wife's car.

New:

APS hard inlet
Manifold spacers
Parallel fuel rail mod
Painted black SSAC FMIC with red painted piping
Meth failsafe setup to connect test mode connectors when low level is triggered which makes it go to WG boost, no DA, and the high DET fuel mapping.

Aiming to break 12 at the track with 50/50 meth + race gas (going to add 3 degrees of advance for the race gas and set it up for powershifting).

Yeah, I'll give ya a call. I have 2.5 gallons of pure left and 5 gallons of 50/50 but I'll take more.

Hey do you have any interest in a Stage 2 06 STi mapping with the following mods that I will be making (probably on Sunday)?

APS 65 mm CAI
Samco MAF tube
Samco inlet
Full catless TBE
3 port Boost control solenoid (interrupt mode) - came off of a AEM true boost gauge / controller
TXS TMIC
Ported WG VF39 stock turbo

Have you been able to verify that all that you stated above does in fact happen when the test mode connectors are connected? It seems like a good solution, but I have not found anyone who definitely knew for sure what state the ECU goes to when the connectors are connected while running. If you have more info please post.

Nice build BTW. My wife would never come outside to hold a wrench.
