You have an incredible STI, although i do not care for the red BBS stockers. But that is my opinion, if you're feelin it... go for it.

Glad to help out with the photoshop... to be honest in the top pic i did, the front right wheel's shade looks perfect... it would go witht he car perfectly maybe a little darker but i could see it looking nice, the other wheels are kinda bright and leaning towards orange but that front right wheel's color looks pretty on point imo

Just thinkin about it.... personally i like it... Boulder CO is a Subaru HAVEN.... honestly, any of the boulder guys from page 1 can agree im sure.... all the WRXs and such all look alike, and my 03 was no exception.... i got pulled over more than once because they had reports of a silver wrx, w/ exhaust, gray / black wheels, doing stupid things...... im hoping and trying to make this car stand out from the rest here locally, even though a few ideas are taken from other member's journals....

The wheels are a maybe, i just gotta talk to a powder coater, then decide from there to DIY, or coat em... red or black.... hmmm

also wish i could hear back from my tuner.... i keep bringing him up in every post, but im becoming impatient and have emailed him twice w/ no response since last thursday....
Im a fanboi of Cobb's Accessport and i have been REALLY tooting their horn, on here, a few other forums, and to the locals.... however, if i run the Crawford Performance kit (which i will most likely) then its over to ECUtek i go.... im pretty sure the tuner tunes Cobb, ECUtek, and Utecs among a few other things for subaru's, but i'm not sure if i wanna make the change... like i said above, change isnt always a bad thing so i'm kinda lookin forward to it.... im lookin forward to more power in general, the damn Stg2 would make me happy enough if i could just get in touch w/ this guy.... i know where he bartends a few nights a week, but im 19 so dunno how welcome i'd be at the bar... and i could always call him, but not a fan of making phone calls...

/end rant

Well... today was fun.... kinda

i got woken up early, surfed the net for a while, watched some tv, made an egg sandwhich. It was a really nice day today so decided that i dont think its gonna snow / freeze here again TOO bad so i can go ahead and turn on the sprinkler system and high pressure faucet outside high pressure faucet = awesome compared to the ****ty low pressure one thats on all the time cause it comes outta the house... well, went around, taking the proper measures, opening anti-siphon valve, blah blah blah, making sure the drains in the lines were closed.... well finally i get to turn on the water.... *sound of rushing water through pipes in basement* awesome.... anti-siphon spouted for a bit then closed, all the drains in the line were solid, no leaks....
*boom* *boom* *boom* *boom*..... PHUCK that didnt sound good.... go outside and a piece of the pipe in the backyard had burst at the seam cause it was rusted out on the inside.... DAMNIT, drive to home depot, pick up the piece, come home, install, re-test everything..... no soap for my Mr. Clean Auto-Dry car wash..... damnit.... drive the other direction into Boulder, pick up another filter, some more soap, another couple wool wash mitten things.... replenished my stock a little.....
Come home, wash. Everything is cool, car looks dope, did the wheels really really good.... pulled it into the sun in the yard a little and let it dry while i cleaned up....

Walk back over and theres dirt smudges and such all over.... (apparently i missed a few places while i was washing ) touched up a few places that were bad, and came inside... defeated for the day... started rant

Gonna get cleaned up here in a few, pick up some burgers, brats, maybe steak, dunno what else and grill tonight... my parents should be home from Vegas soon and my girlfriend can come keep me company too....

oh yeah, still no word from my tuner

Ugh im getting frustrated quick, but its not like i can really call anyone else up cause theres not alot of tuning options around here....

Also went to town on my old downpipe w/ a couple scotch bright pads and its shinin like the day i got it.... as soon as i get a more solid day lined up to tune and such, ill order a walbro, maybe some other goodies, and get some heat wrap and spray for the downpipe.....
Happy saturday all

Gonna upload some pics i took and post em in one of my reserved places on page 1

Nah i dont have an accessport or am tuned yet but i dont have anything installed i need to tune for... i was planning on using the accessport but after researching what turbo i want to upgrade to, i'm probably going to end up using ECUtek... still waiting to hear back from my tuner either way though...

On a side note.... go figure i wash my car today (check post 2 for pics and to see how sunny it was...) drive my girlfriend home at like 1AM.... its snowing..... WTF! so it went from like 70* about today, im guessing..... to 40* and dropping according to the temp reading in the sti....

Just remember, because you have a crawford kit, does NOT mean you have to run Ecutek.

However, If you go with I-speed's tuning, then you will have to.

talk to whoever will tune your car....and go from there.
