OMFG thats superb driving (just finished first one) You call that racing? Honestly? WTF? R U on meth? (not your car YOU??)

I call that right foot annihilation you sir are the annihilator. Now I really wish I hadnt missed watching

Seems a little hairy there at Turn 5 a couple of laps or did you just come in a little too hot or just tires getting a little too greasy??...sorry cant tell how fast you are going

Great driving tho...maybe I'll give you a call when I decide to drive mosport on a track day...I could use the instructions

Great work!!

You wanted custom plates right how about ANNIHIL8R??

Edit: that r32 is kinda pesky eh...is an in car MBC allowed? seemed like he had it dialed up a bit coz he wasnt spiting flames before and after T5 where you literally destroy everything else he was giving you a nice run...wow glad I watched an hour of your videos than a movie lol!!

thanks man, i was a little timid the first two races but for the final race i finally started to push it a little and get back in my times. my best time that weekend was 1:29.738 on the final lap before i started to smoke, i should be 1:28.5-1:29.0. if you watch that last vid i was catching the Raven BMW by 1-2s a lap and he was 1st in my class. so i might have been able to get 1st in class, but when i stopped i was 2nd in class and 5th overall, so it wasn't bad for my first GT-Sprint. also in that vid if you see a white BMW fly by he's in GT1 doing 1:25.0's that weekend.

i usually try to push it deep 4 into 5 where about 180kmh i think i haven't looked in a while lol, but i go from 5-3 if that gives you an idea. it can get a little crazy.

that dam R32 was giving me some problems, but that was me not him. just being a puss lol. he a class down and i was leading for my class at that point so i didn't really NEED to pass but i should have as he was only doing 1:33-35. :s

you should come out to the solo sprint school at mosport July 4th. you can check out CASC Ontario Region Message Forums - Powered by vBulletin for info

Can you snap a shot of your re-located rear lateral links when you get a chance? I'm curious as to what you did/what it looks like. Thanks.

I am guessing he lowered the inner attachment points somehow...interested to see this also

Oh wow thats a serious amount of speed going into that corner. But I can see you coming out of #3 in 3rd and stay on the gas all the way thru #4 into #5 and probably stand on the brake pedal on the downshift...5th tops out around 180ish so yeah

You are pretty smooth tho, car doesnt twitch under hard braking, car feels solid in the videos for handling. Seems like it has HP & torque all the way to 8K judging from the destructive pull it has uphill from after #6 to #8 (yea I sit around watching racing lines on u-toob...sad)

I'll look into the mosport school, Frank Ewald runs a few lapping sessions on the big track but I cant afford to pay for the entry and instruction plus everything associated atleast not this year (had automotive related job *eye roll*).

I figured from the body work of the BMW it was GT1 if I rem there was a porsche aswell. But ur doing a average of ~100mph with those times which is fast as hell considering u have to make 10 turns in under 4kms. Also from the journal seems like u havent had much seat time with this setup and the results were fantastic...i am sure your times will improve.

Good luck I will be following your progress outside of here as well. Its inspirational to me

well it was a sad weekend
After taking pole with a 1:55.7, we messed up the suspension and ended up with 1:58's and 2nd for the race. next day in warm up we fixed every thing and got a good 1:55.2-3. but.... for the race it all went to sh!t. the car stalled on the pace car lap and wouldn't start. after a bump it started up and decided to let a rod loose and punched through the top of the block .

so far it looks like will only need a new block 1 piston and 1 rod, but I'll know more Thursday. will be back running for the next GT-sprint in a month but the Solo Sprint in 2 weeks is out.

sad days

sorry bro it all ways sucks to leave with a broken car.
it's the original 04 block, 140,000 km, but with new internals, so it was going to go at some point i'm just happy that it was worse if i had been in the middle of the race it would have written off the whole engine.
