The crank bearing location of your graphic looks like an exhaust exit! Sweet!

I notice you do not have an oil cooler. Why and do you plan on adding one?

How in the heck did you get hit by a car? Weren't you inside some type of barrier or were you on your way to the station during hot laps? Ouch!

Congrats on building a perfectly setup track car. Don't get in a hurry. This thing should be able to catch the field no problem through the rest of the season.

Good luck!

CB

you'll see, i think we have 3 different coolers now, and I'm going to just get the perrin rear diff cooler case for a little extra oil and some cooling fins.

yes very ouch. it was a very freak Innocent, we usually go behind, a tire/steal beam wall (2-3 feet tall) but the weekends before 2 cars hit it, so we moved to another section on the other side of the track VERY off any crash line..... but i guess not off enough. sh!t happens i guess. now only 1 person goes and hides another 300m in the trees.

I've e-mail the plate company and asked them if they could add Ota, Gunma Regional code to the list of plates they have ( LICENSEPLATES.TV) which is the home of SUBARU!! I'll wait for there reply and place an order. another fellow racers vote is enough to get me to get one.

btw Ross who do you know in the TDI cup? one of the guys we race with, Andrew C, is racing in it too. it sounds like it was a good race at Mosport this weekend.

well it looks like we have a problem with one of the #2 or 4 pistons. it's making a 'funny' noise so we are going to tear it down AGAIN! this is driving me f'ing crazy! i just want to get it on the tack.
on the 2-3 pass on the dyno with 17psi we made 409whp. on the 4th pass it was going to about 450 but the sound got louder so we shut it down. should be going again next wed-Thursday... will see what happens
