IWSTI Addict since: Feb 2006 | I started this project last year in July. I originally had a Stage 2 and was pretty happy with it. My stage 2 set up was with HKS Carbon-Ti exhaust, Perrin catted DP and a open source tune. then around July I decided to build a car that's fairly unique set up... I wanted to have mods from 1 company only, I looked into HKS, Blitz, crawford...etc. And being a big JDM fanboy, I decided to go with Blitz. After sourcing some of the uncommon parts, the build began. I was thinking: "this thing will be put together easily with no problem! Everything is from the same company!!!" Wrong!!! Fitting JDM stuff into a USDM car is a PITA! The built had a lot of small problems here and there... and during this whole thing I ran over budget.. AND I started thinking.. "****.. spending all these money for a car that doesn't even run right... " After months and months of troubleshooting between built and tuning, finally got it all right! Update: 10/20/2009: Majority of the mods are the same... but now with a body kit and painted interior MOD LIST: Engine: Blitz Triple-K GD Turbine Kit J-Spec Blitz Catless DP (heat wrapped) Blitz EWG Blitz LM GD FMIC Blitz Sonic Power GD Intake Blitz Cooling Performer Rad. IWSTI Addict since: May 2006 | how did you get the diffuser to fit with the JDM rear spats? It looks sexy as hell either way! |

I really rather having it done this way then having to drill into the spare tire well. And having the spat on still really completes the "line" from the side skirts. And without the spat resting on the diffuser really make it stands out. | |
