IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2006 | I agree with putting your seatbelt on. However, when you have an aftermarket harness that you use on the track you don't want the seatbelt chiming to tell you to buckle up. There has to be a way to cut a wire or something. I just installed a new lightweight battery and its back! Blah I gotta do this asap. |

IWSTI Addict since: Feb 2007 | "Put your seatbelt on." Yeah... I will. But this is a GREAT mod. I don't want my car to beep at me when I get in, just like I wouldent want my toilet to beep at me when it's time to wipe. Somethings are just better left for the owner to decide. |

1) Turn key to acc on. The seatbelt chime will sound. 2) Press down on "release" button for your seatbelt buckle. 3) Insert the seatbelt and remove it. Do this 20 times within 30 seconds of step one. 4) Turn key off. 5) Start car. It will beep a few times, then stop. You're finished. Like everyone has said already. | |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2004 | You guys are all crazy. This is the way I did it and it has been good for me for over a year. First of all, WEAR YOUR SEATBELT! It is way safer. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...&highlight=drl On this forum you have to scroll down to get the seatbelt chime to go off. Also up top is the DRL (daytime running lights) delete. This is a great idea and money saver, because those HIDs will not last forever and are very expensive. Also, you actually get to use the headlight switch. Lol. |
