| IWSTI Guru Feedback Score: 15 reviews Car: Halp I has no boost! | Just got this puppy installed today. My main unit as most of you know is the Pioneer Avic F900BT, front speakers are Infiniti and rear are MB Quartz. Let's just say my system is now ALIVE. Here is what went in under my Evo RECARO: ![]() If you have a decent deck or an In-dash, this will more than do the trick. Better yet, the doors aren't vibrating but you can cause the rear window to vibrate. I had the installer tune the unit, boy oh boy did he tune it, the Bass was really strong...so I turned it down a bit. The system sounds really amazing now, and thanks to the Pioneer built in EQ, you can change many settings as well as turn off the sub woofer completely if you wish. Price: $130 shipped. Don't even bother with the Subaru OEM subwoofer. Last edited by Peleg; 10-27-08 at 07:49 PM. |

| IWSTI Guru Feedback Score: 15 reviews Car: Halp I has no boost! | Pictures added: View from the front: ![]() View from the right: ![]() View from the rear seat: ![]() As you can see, the unit is tucked in very well, yet creates a lot of bass or as little, depending on what you want. I made some adjustments: Loudness = OFF Bass Booster = OFF Bass Level = -7 and yet, it's very crisp. You can get it very very bassy, but it's too much for me. |
