I know you guys are just looking out for a future sti owner and dont want me to get ripped off! The bank is lending us 23 but my dad is gonna pay off the difference because he owed me the money lol. And i did think about getting an 04-05 because those were the first ones i ever liked. But i couldnt find the right one. You dont have to worry about me ricing the car out lol. I hate ricers! |

Alright i got good news and bad news. The good news is that we were approved for the loan! The bad news is that we are trying to offer him $20,000 and we'll pick it up Friday and he wont do it! I plan on gettin this car either way but we're just trying to cut a deal. He keeps saying that what were asking for is $8000 below retail but no one can really sell an 06 with 27500 miles for retail value. Were giving it some time and maybe he'll call back with an offer. If not i might just get another STi somewhere else. And I got more of a complete list of what parts are on the car. Workemotion 18"rims on 235/40/zr18's, 2 piece rotors, RPM lower suspension brace, Cusco strut brace, Cusco catch can, stainless steel exhaust, APS muffler,APS S/R56 turbo, APS intake tubes/front mount,APS fuel rail,APS headers, APS blow out valve & waste gate, Defi gauges, TEIN EDFC, Carbon fiber hood, APR aluminum radiator.Also i got a few other pics for you guys to look at and tell me if it looks like this car was maybe bottomed out or something im not sure.     i know they are crappy quality pics lol. i didnt take, them the dealer did | |

I would be searching the forums to *hopefully* find out who it belonged to, and get more info  I tend to agree with Conrad though. A stage 2 STI can be a handful, so a 300+ whp car can be downright dangerous. Then the costs of maintaining a highly modifed car....oh well, you have already heard it. Good luck with whatever you choose! |
