I just received my flaps after waiting for 3 weeks due to back order, I must say they fit crappy. The hardware was terrible and doesnt fit well, I had to modify things to work worth a darn. The rear did not even line up on the my 05. I had to enlarge the slots considerably on the rear mudflaps to even get the inner hole to line up and sit straight. From everything I read I though these things would just bolt up. NOT the case, I am wondering if they put a bad batch through or maybe the 05 has wider mounting points in the rear and the flaps were designed around the 04. I know the 05 wheel well is wider. And the #4 mounting point on the fronts, they only supplied one of the plastic inserts, and the inserts provided little to no security for that screw and can be pulled in and out of the hole with little to no effort. I had to use other dry wall anchors to get a descent fit. I really wish the kit would have come with clips that fit, and did not chew up the paint on instal. I am now worried about my body panels where the clips were put on corroding in combination with the clips. I have installed quite a few different thing on my car from exhausts to suspension pieces, to every bushing you can think of to roll cages, and these flaps were just an all around pain in the ***! Now that they are finally installed they look great. But how much damage has the body panels taken during the process and how much will they receive down the road. Those metal clips ride right on the metal surface of the front fenders. Over time with the vibrations of normal everyday driving the metal tabs are definitely going to continue to where into the metal through the clear coat and the paint. A plastic tab with a metal insert would have been the way to go to prevent this. It would have cost a little more most likely but would have made a much more finished product!

Well i am sitting in my garage with these flaps right now working on the rears and i have the same issue. the holes dont line up. if youre willing to stress the heck out of the bolts they will but this cant be right. i got my flaps wednesday. i wonder if something is up. I am aborting this install until they answer on this. On a positive note I hadnt started on the front wanted to learn on the back as thats plastic! Slick50 have they answered you back. As it stands now i cant recommend this

when I installed the rears on my '05 a couple of the bolts were pushed to the outside of their respective slots, so there wasn't really any room left for the so-called "adjustability." But I would think a dremel could widen one or both of the slots easily enough. (not that you should have to do that.) The front plastic anchor is an issue, though mine seemed to stay in pretty snugly.
