we have a solution to fix this problem on the last screw on the bottom part of the bellmouth

we going to include one screw with a smaller built in washer.

I didnt use any of your washer at all, i think i just had the nut on its own and i still had the problem, i dont remember exactly. All i know is that the points on the nut hit the bottom of the DP, so everytime i needed to tighten it i had to torque it hard as hell so that i could get past the point, after that i hit flat spot but of course another point came and i had to do it again, and again and again eventually the points started getting rounded. I reused the factory hardware for all the other bolts/nuts.

The only flaw I see with the ERZ downpipe is that they have a weld at the main bend (bell housing) in which you will see the most heat. This "can" become an area prone to cracking. The best down pipe for the $$$ is the Megan Racing unit. The bell housing is weld-less (similar to Maddad design) for only pennies more.
