Yeah I'd say. At least download the demo and see for yourself. I found myself playing the demo more then Halo 3 or GTA IV. lol

Even now I have the full game I've only loaded Halo 3 once just because my friend was begging me.

so i finally played multiplayer last night and i must say it's very entertaining and fun. i can see myself playing this game and take my free time away.

the only thing that sucks but can be somewhat benefiting is the spawning system. you can start off at your base or you can spawn right next to a teammate that's still alive. Good if the teammate you're spawning off is good and you can jump into the middle of battle but can also be bad/frustrating if you spawn right before someone kills your teammate and then you get killed at the same time.

Brings me back to the old Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 2 days!

Ill probably be on around the same time. Perhaps tonight you'll hear the voice behind the name. haha

My gamertag is damstr just like on here.

A couple more things I noticed with online is people defending on my team are absolutely retarded seriously. All you have to do is keep a couple people by each of the 2 boxes and a couple people outside each building hiding in surrounding buildings. And you should have at least 2 snipers on each side left and right picking off the people on foot running towards the boxes.

Soo many times last night while defending I noticed I was the only one actually guarding the boxes, everyone else was running out to get the attackers and the couple of attackers that slipped by I was left to deal with and I can't guard 2 boxes at the same time, so almost every time one of the boxes would get destroyed right away because all it takes is one person to arm the charge. The box I was defending I could hold off for a good while, but as soon as I died they would arm the charge because me idiotic team mates were all over the place.

I found a good technique is if the box is upstairs, camp the stairwell and you can usualy pick off 3-5 people before they start catching onto where your at and what your doing.

I try to mix it up, never stay in the same place for too long. Take a couple people out in one position, and by the time they respawn and go into the house they were killed in they are looking for you were you were at last not knowing you changed spots.

I pissed off a lot of people this way. They told me to stop camping....I was like wtf I'm a DEFENDER you moron.

Another good technique is to hide behind certain walls in the same building as the box. Houses are the ones that work the best, but I camp in a corner, so when they come up the stairs they don't even see me. Most of the time they go right towards the box instead of clearing the house first. This is a good time to get some knife kills in.

I wish they had more then one game mode. Team death match and free for all should be added. The headline on Bad Company says they are adding conquest mode later on.

What is conqest mode anyway? I played Battlefield 2142 back in December, and the demo had conquest mode where you would start in one ship in the air and would have to get to another ship in the air, get inside and take down their defenses and blow some reactor up inside the ship.

I don't know how they are going to do that in Bad Company, maybe some bunker type thing perhaps, but I'm not sure with the current level setups.

NO TEAM DEATHMATCH AND ONLY ONE ONLINE GAME MODE???? BOOOOO

What's up with that? Isn't it pretty much standard now to have game types that are similar to Halo and COD4?

Was thinking about buying this game today but this may have just changed my mind...

Yeah man its pretty much a no brainer to include those gametypes now-a-days one would think.

Still its a lot of fun though and I suggest you at least download the free demo and give it a whirl yourself.
