Just played Halo 2/3 for first time.... - Page 2

Halo 3 for me. It's a nice game but I can't get into COD4.

We do co-op campaign mode for Halo 2 and 3 and split-screen cut throat on both when the kids (late 20's) are over. We have a blast. We've found a way to create a "handicap" for the local free-for-all mode so that the leader doesn't walk away from everyone else. Everyone starts out with 50% gravity, 120% shields, everything else normal. Whoever takes the lead drops to 100% gravity, normal shields, and normal everything else. We went from having the resident Halo Hellian walking away with double and triple everyone else's score, we now have as little as a 1 point lead for the winner (and seldom more than 5 points in a 50 point game).

I've not done an on-line multiplayer game since Doom 2 (or was it 3). Dying so that all the running-gunners can dance around at light speed isn't my idea of a fun time.

I've been into Halo since the first one. I agree though a lot of little kids online that make the game not fun and annoying. Also hackers on Halo 3, I get a game with them every now and then. Laggy games are extremely annoying and it seems to happen with Halo 3 the most.

I usually play with my friends because they are consistant and won't team kill me...well on purpose anyway haha. We play big team games every now and then.

I love CoD 4 as well.
