I have been around here for awhile now and quite a few people ask what they should get first for modding the car. As for me I have it stock still but would like to do some things to it. But I think the first thing that every new STI owner should get as very first mod is helmet. I just got back from a little event with vette club that was alot of fun. I got to barrow a helmet and paid for just one event for three runs. I think I came in 4th for the event. Talk about have fun. My first run I took it easy cause it was first time running the car and was raining so I got a 1 min.33. Afterwards I was like feels like there is more grip out there so I should be able to push more. Second run I stage and do a same 3k burn and the car grips like mad crazy was so close to the cones was just waiting for one to fall down. Didn't take and down. So for the second run 1 min. 22. Third run I tried to keep it mellow and put down a 1 min 25.

So I had 2 Z06 that beat me out one with a 1 min. 20. and 1 min. 21. But the first event went to this strip down VW rabbit 1 min 16. It didn't look like it was going fast but put down great time for the event.
