Awesome numbers considering your mods. Stock turbo STi's running full exhaust/EM/intake/meth are having trouble hitting the 12.4 mark at Englishtown, NJ

My best with my current mods has been 12.8 @ Atco Raceway. Still have yet to break into the 12's at Englishtown, and it kills me..lol

Power mod (just in case you missed the list on the 1st post)

Cobb AP Stg II ProTUNED by "the almighty" Mike Warfield @ Gruppe-S
Spearco TMIC
Helix DP
HKS C/Ti
HDR $2 spring
Ebay mud flaps for downforce
"pump" (as Ron calls it) 104 unleaded<ron calls="" it="" 104="" octane="" unleaded="">
everything else is STOCK.

From the first run 'til we left, my Amb temp showed 96 to 85 degrees. The strip was filthy (no prep whatsoever), it looked like the streets. So traction sucked. The light/sensor/marker down the strip was'nt working (hence the ? for 60' and some 1/8 reading).

I 'guess' all this means is that the numbers 'could' still improve . As long as i don't forget how to drive that is.

Anyone in the within the Sac raceway area have a nice vidcam? I got one but it was from the WWII era . I'd love to share a vid with ya'll. Heck i'd like to see my car roll down the strip too.

Thanks for the props again guys! This is for people like me who can't afford mods. We'll just have to make do with the stocker.

VF39 for life!

What setting on your DCCD are you using Earl? Do you roll through the water to allow a little slip? Buddy of mine with a VR4 said that's what he does to rev it up a little bit faster. Just curious

I usually run with DCCD on lock (Not recommended for the faint of heart ). I'm not running slicks so i'm not allowed through the water box. I'm fighting off wheel spin as it is, so water would'nt allow just "a little slip", more like an elaborate display of hatred for tires . VR4s can pull longer on each of their gears (i think)unlike ours, where revs run out quick. Especially 1st gear!
