The trap does seem a bit high. When I was stock I trapped 8.6 @ 80.92 running 91 octane.

ET's are good for a stock car, but your trap is way too high for a stock car, somethings off on the mph timing lights.

Yeah, I agree with Illusive, 108 trap speed should be a mid 12 second run. 1/4 mile time is about right though. Maybe some thing wrong with the track equipment.

I've raced at Cecil before, they're known for having problems with equipment. Once when I ran my Laser there, it showed that I ran a 12.1 @159 mph?!!? Yeah, it was pretty messed up that time.

What does your speedometer say when you cross the traps?

Well if your really trapping 107mph, you should be running faster.

stock speedo is off by about 8% so @ 108 mph indicated you're really going 100 mph.

when I cross the 1/8 at irwindale my speedo always indicates about 88-90 mph, but the timing lights only show me doing 82-83 mph.

however if another stock sti was doing 101 mph and getting simmilar ET's then something is amis.

either your car is not stock or the theres an issue with the mph timing lights.

Look at this 60 ft, he wouldn't be going THAT much faster... maybe high 12's. But that could be attributed to slower shifting or something.

I still think the equipment was faulty.

It is not off by that much. When I'm at 100 MPH indicated by the speedo, my gps says I'm going 97.5 mph. It wouldn't be off by 8 mph, unless he has aftermarket wheels/tires that changed the overall diameter.
