5/24 at Cecil,MD-12.67 w/vf39

2nd time at rack since tune and 1st time on a Saturday morning.They actually prep the track, alot unlike Fri nights. Every cycle of cars+bikes(roughly 70 vehicles) they stopped and reprepped both lanes. Really nice and justifies the $35 to run cost compared to $15 I believe. Only downside was I was only 1 of like 10 imports and seemed like everything was running 8-10 sec qtr miles. I did 2 passes. 1st pass I screwed up bad at launch and backed out of it. Ran 14 something or other.
2nd pass I nailed the launch and car actually kicked tail out. Caught me off guard. 1.75 60ft...8.107 1/8th @86.34mph..12.675 @109.64mph

. Clutch(stock) was stinking badly with only 7500miles and 10 passes. So after 2nd run I pulled out of lanes and called it a 2 pass day. I got a ACT XTSS clutch waiting to go in.
Best run to date.

congrats. 86 mph is good for a 7.9 with some good shifting and a better 60'.

which would put you at 12.3-12.4 range

^Thanks. I definately need to put my clutch in I think 1st to achieve a better time. It was stankin.

Thanks chaos. The track was AWESOME on Saturday morning/afternoon. Fri night is like the street compared to when they actually prep trak every 45 minutes. I was only able to achieve a 12.94 with severe wheelhop on a Friday night. It is well worth the $35 to run on a Saturday. That's why the 8 second cars race Saturdays.
