Default 0-100-0

I am going to see what the stock 08 STI can do 0-100 then back to zero. Then afer each power mod I will go back and see how it has performed. I plan on using a G meter and maby a small camera mounted to show the dash. This sounded like a little fun and something different than street racing and highway pulls. It would be neat to see others do this as well and maby even get an unofficial 0-60 forum and or 0-100-0 forum.

I went from 80-0 under full braking (stock brakes) and my brakes faded pretty hard. I could only imagine what 100-0 would be like.

just remember, unless you're modding your brakes or stripping off dead weight, the back to zero part is just going to be widening your potential margin of error.

but yes, that sounds very cool.

This has always been a good benchmark of performance cars. A British mag tested some cars in 2006 here, so use this as something to shoot for. A Z06 does it in 13.8. The quickest road car- what else - Bugatti Veyron at 9.9 That was almost 1 sec quicker than a Suzuki superbike.

Does a G-Tech Pro do a 0-100-0 timing? Just wondering because i have one. From every magazine that has done this testing they state how hard it is to really get an accurate results on the braking end of the test. The problem lies on the speed you are over 100mph, when you apply the brakes. most of the time when you hit the brakes you will be traveling in excess of 100mph. I have been very interested in trying this myself. When i try this i am going to also use a Garmin GPS so when i see exactly 100mph on it then i can apply the brakes.
