Default 12.1 @ 123 mph opening day at Milan dragway

I guess winter is over since i went to the track on got a little sunburn. I got 6 runs in and all in the 12's. Four of them were 12.1 @ 121-123. The track isn't sticky yet, so I'll go back in a month.

Setup:
2004 Sti
GT30r

Very nice traps, maybe a little bit better launch. You should be trying to get a 1.6 or 1.7 and you'll get your goal then.

Yeah, 120+ traps are monster. Like others said, work on the 60' foot and the shifting, you should definitely be in the mid-elevens.

Thanks, thats my goal for now(11.49999). I ran 11.7 @ 121 last year. I got 07 gears so I could finish in 4th. At 123 i'm already bouncing off the limiter at the traps. I'm hoping to get better 60's so I don't get that fast. My back 1/8 is almost a tenth faster than last year, but my front half is half a second slower. The track is normally covered in rubber, but it was kind of chunky saturday. Last year it was so sticky I broke a driveshaft, stock axle, dss axle, axle cup, and motor mounts(all different trips). I may have been a little gun shy because I didn't flatfoot shift into second.

Still having problems launching and shifting into 2nd, but if I can get this much faster every time I only have to go about 4 more times.

Raise your redline to 7500...The stock valvetrain can handle it and you should be able to run 3-4 more MPH up top. With your MPH you should easily be in the 11.5 range if you can nail a launch.

It's reading around 24-25 psi on boost gauge, 21-22 psi on Hydra. I ran 20 psi in the tires too. I'm running E85 Fuel, it's 2.99 a gallon vs. 3.79 for 94 at the local pump.
