well i was dynoed at autommasters and there dyno is rated the 3rd lowest rating dyno in the U.S.i put down 221whp,and 245wtq,and was told to add 20% to those numbers and thats where i should be at. so im assuming about 265-270whp,295-300wtq.

I'd try shifting before 7k on every shift....your are def going slower by shifting after 7k

Post up your dyno sheet, you'll be able to tell if and when the power drops.

the power is goin drop off no matter what with a vf39/43. Any over 7k is def too high

I messed around with shift points and even shifting at 7k was too high. Most people that run fast times with a vf39 are shifting around 6500 or earlier. Shifting fast and/or flat foot shifting helps alot too.

Typical VF39 dyno sheet

It starts dropping dramatically before 6500

Aftermarket turbos usually hold right up to redline

^Yep. Thats a normal curve for a vf39 on the first sheet. See the power starting to drop at 5500?....thats why you want to short shift it.

OP: Your not shifting into 5th right?

with a 107mph trap you should beable to run much faster than 12.99, more like 12.6

car seems strong according to the trap speed so i say with more practice there is no doubt you will be running alot of 12 second passes as it sits now.

no im not shifting into 5th.but its wierd b/c my first 1st&3rd runs i shifted 6800-7k and they weren't as good as my 2nd&4th (7200) shifts.and my trap speed seems to be higher when i shifted at the higher rpms.ill post my dyno sheet up and ill show you what my curves are.its just strange IMO that when i went higher in the rpms,my traps were higher and the times were improved.like i said,my final run i bogged the launch and hit limiter twice in 2nd&3rd and i still managed a 13.096.which is much better then my 1st&3rd runs which i would shift at 6800-7k .and same driving as always, very fast shifting and pedal to the floor.lol

It takes a 25hp nose dive at 6250. You want to shift around there.
