hey alll new to this forum

going to be purchasing a 04-05 wrx sti probably in the summer-fall of 06 . im gettin done w/ associates then off to the airforce! cant wait

anyway my question is how much do you guys pay a month to have ur cars? my friend pays $450 a month for his sti, is that bout right for yall? and insurance? ive been quoted by my insurance co. about $400 a month for a 20 year old. but ive heard by other people i can get cheaper else where.

cant wait @_@ going to ralycross also

I pay way too much. $400 a month for inusrance is insane. That plus a car payment. Forgettaboutit.

And it depends on how much of a downpayment you put on the car, interest rate, length of loan.

I pay $800/mo @ 2.9% for 4 years. That was with no downpayment (I had one, but they forgot to put it in there and instead of going back and redoing all the paperwork I just kept the downpayment) and no trade-in. That also doesn't include my insurance.

im tryin to get 800 as payment+insurance but what are other people paying.

as for the downpayment ill prolly be able to fork out 3-5k, will that even do anything?

dude, your payment could be anywhere from zero to $1000/month depending on downpayment, term, and rate. There are a billion car loan calculators on the web, plug in the numbers.

Welcome to the forum! I am paying $176 a month . I am doing a lease to buy and I traded in my old Saab and put down a nice downpayment on top of that.
