For some reason the most popular car among my dentist friends is AUDI .I live in north east with lots of snow ,and AUDI is really great on the snow,I even have one myself.
I never owned SUBARU before,do I have to do anything different with STI.
P.S If you see incorect speling ,please forgive me English is my second language.
Take care I really like this forum a lot .

Not to insult your intelligence but you must purchase a set of all season/winter/snow tires for the STi. Other than that, read the owners manual and you should be set. Welcome and congrats!

Welcome.

For winter wheels/ tires look in that section of the site. Plenty of good information there. This car is a blast in the winter. Lock in the DCCD and become a snow thrower.

I also do not like the dentist. Have to go in next week for a root plane and some fillings.

There are some rally driving schools in your area. You should hit them up for driving lessons. Also any of the road racing schools would also be a benifit. SCCA or local car clubs usually have HPE track days w/ instructors so you can wring out your car to it fullest.

Benjamin - welcome to the forum!

I'd like to offer my advice regarding "looking professional." I work with customers and deal with "expectations" frequently, especially when I take them out for a free meal. I was a self-conscious at first, but not anymore. As long as you are sincere and honest with people, you've got nothing to ever be ashamed/embarrassed/self-conscious about.

I've encountered a few "haters" (people with pre-determined judgment about someone that might own a car with a wing and hood-scoop), but they are the exception.

Welcome, and I have no problems with dentists, I just don't like the Scaler Tool...

Anyway, careful with this car bud, AWD is really cool, but in my opinion, this car is a bit of a handful for most people. Give it some time, learn the cars' character before you use all 300 ponies, and make sure to follow the break-in procedure .

Hi guys!!!!!!
Thanks for your replays.
It is not the patients that surprised, but my friends dentist think that I am litle bit crazy( wich is OK as long as you feel good about it )
Last night I had my first full tank fill up ,on average I had about 19 mpg wich is good I had lots of stop and go traffic.
The only thing that I am planing to do for mods is sound system this car good as itis .
One of my patients big shot engeener is doing project to build a lamborgini as a replica(I had no idea that you can do such thing ) but any way I showed him a car.For one he never heard about STI to begin with ,the thing that amased him the most was the engine compartmen ,when I opened it up his first response was wow I hate to take this sucker upart ,( he bought used V 8 BMW engine for his project and according to him the first thing he did he took it upart to make sure everything looks and function sexy inside).
He said that was not hard at all.
Tace care and have a nice weekend.
Benjamin.
