IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2009 | I'll be going stage 2 soon and am looking at getting a boost gauge and I'm on a bit of a budget. Looking around it seems most boost gauges are in the 200 dollar range. I've also noticed that there are cheaper ones like for instance the ones they sell at autozone (I have several of those in my truck and they work great as far as I can tell). I would like to get some nice gauges eventually but it may be several months before I can do that and I hate being uninformed about whats going on under my hood and just hoping the idiot light doesn't come on. Sunpro (the autozone ones) makes a boost gauge for 25 bucks. I've looked all over this place.. googled ect. and I don't see anybody saying anything bad about those gauges. So I suppose the final question would be will it work well enough to bother spending 25 on one to use for a few months or are they just so bad that nobody else is stupid enough to ask about them? (hence why I can't find any info on them) |

IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2007 | Ya, the defi gauges can be pricey. Im running all autometer gauges (boost, oil temp, and oil pressure) in mine. And an AEM wideband. I personally love my autometer gauges. They're the cobalt series and I paid under $100 for each gauge. Check them out at summitracing.com if you want. |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2008 | The premium peak/hold series was the ProSport gauges I had heard great things about. Using their boost gauge and it works flawlessly. Looks exactly like my cluster too. |
