| Professional STI Driver Feedback Score: 1 reviews | It depends on what kind of fun you want to have but STi hard to beat because you can have all kinds of fun all year around. During winter, I can't wait to take my STi out when it snows. Find either deserted road or parking lot and have fun, I mean practice winter driving The control you have in STi over slippery surfaces will surprise you. |

IWSTI Addict since: Jan 2010 | 98 cobra to a 2001 M Roadster to a "Dad Car" (Audi A4 1.8t) to 2010 STI. Each step of the way ratcheted up on the sophistication in handling. Also the Ford vs. Chevy thing is kinda over.. its sub vs mitsu. The one thing I found similarity between my ford and the subaru was the level of power and bolt ons you could do for performance. For me it was a natural evolution (yes, i know what i said)... |

But ya, that year of Cobra is something to be desired man. STI is a better all around car but those Cobras are awesome. I'd be very torn on the decision too! | |

| Amateur STI Driver Feedback Score: 0 reviews | So I've been on craigslist, here, autotrader, and ebay lookin at STI's. Anywhere else a good place to look? Also how many miles before these cars need rebuilds? I know it depends on how hard you drive it but If I were to get one it would be pretty much stock. I'm trying to stay under 100k. At that point does the turbo or anything need to be rebuilt? What kind of boost can these motors take with stock internals? What kind of HP numbers can I expect with a few bolt ons. |
