is it ok to do it on a '07 STi with 10K+ miles, cuz i'm not getting an clear answers, thanks ahead of time

Yes it is ok. It is more than OK, it is highly recommended.

I have a 07 sti and im getting my AP tommorrow!!!! YAY for Economic Stimulus Check!!!

Definitely worth it. I'm mailing off my AP for my now sold '05 WRX to get one for my '08 STI. I expect to have the AP installed before I'm break 1k miles. That said, I put the AP on my '05 at around 6k miles. AP is never a bad idea. Stage 1 makes your car run better than stock.
