Default New member checking in...

Hi guys, my name is Jim and I currently am in the process of purchasing a used STI. I want to say first that this site has provided some unbelievable information. I'm pretty sure I've set my eyes on a 2005 WR Blue one. After reading through all of the great information, I am confident in my decision.

One question though, as I haven't driven one yet, how is the leg room? I am 6'4" and had problems with leg room in my previous car (Jeep Grand Cherokee.)

Thanks so much and I look forward to being an enthusiastic owner and member.

Great, so I take it that the seats are comfortable on long rides? That was one thing that killed me in my jeep.

You should drive it. Some people like the seats, some dislike them. There is little middle ground, it seems.

Thanks Man, Hey I'm from Blue Bell, PA (not far from Bensalem.) Are there a lot of owners in the area that get together?

I'm also 6'5" and I had no problem in my '05 WRX nor in my '08 STI. The '08 has a little more legroom, which is nice. If you have long legs for your height, you might find the legroom a little less than you like, but workable.
