Default Purchased Used 07 - Reprogram Remote?

Hi guys,

I just bought a used 07 STI here in Raleigh, North Carolina.

I only received one set of keys and it makes me slightly paranoid about there being another set somewhere that can open the car.

Can the dealer re-program the signal or codes used on the remote to make sure that the "missing set" can't be used on my car?

Sure, they still have the key, but with the remote armed, they can't do anything, right?

Thanks for any help o nthis.
