Need INFO!!!

OK so I am new to the whole buying a new car game and need a few pointers, I have already read all the newbie info and stuff on buying but right now I need info on prices for the 07 STI's

I know that my local Suburu dealer has 4 07's that have 0 miles on them in stock for around 32,000 but I found an 07 with about 4,200 miles on it and they are asking the same price, I have talked to the subaru dealer and he said that I can take home the 07 for 27,000 with everything. Is that a good deal and if it is do you think I should use that information to go and look at the 07 with 4200 miles on it.

I dont care how many miles as long as it isnt over 30,000, but do you think I could get the car with more miles for lower thatn 32,000?

I know this may be confusing, I am new to all of this so I really dont know how to word everything out perfectly. Any help will be appreciated and please dont send me to another thread with a bunch of stickies I hhave already read them all as stated before. Just leave your answer here.

If you can get a "loaded 07" for 27kusd that's probably OK although I'd try to get them a bit lower by using the body style change, year old + car, been sitting on his lot for a while. make him an offer of 25k and see where it goes
