06 Sti

Well I don't usually post .... oh but what the hell. I recently bought a stock sti and am looking forward to hot rodding it. My past life was all big blocks and this thing is fuuuuuun! I can't wait to tweek it up a bit. A wee bit of horse power and some stuff to make it turn better. Got some bfg kdw-2 tires coming and since the shifter is sloppy a cartboy shifter is going in ..... and then the fun starts.

Welcome! You'll love the shifter, make sure you do the bushings too, HUGE difference in shifter feel. There are a ton of driveline parts from turninconcepts that will help tighten things up. Enjoy and happy modding!

welcome, you will love the tires. also, try the kartboy bushing too.

thanks to you and others that were kind to reply. Actually I did buy the bushings and I know that is probably 99 % of the problem.
