Thanks for the explanation. Just thought about it and guess it makes sense. The air coming out of the turbo has got to be hotter than the radiant heat could make the piping so your not going to pick up any heat there. Plus your not heating it up after the intercooler...so yeah I'm almost sold. Crap that just makes the fmic/bigger tmic decision that much tougher

What kinda setup are you looking for. It will make the FMIC/TMIC question much easier to answer? Also, what TMIC were you looking for before we came along?

Didn't really have one in mind although if forced to pick on the spot I would probably say aps tmic with a 20g for good streetability--its a DD. I'm just working through all the usually debates--spool times/piping lengths vs radiant heat vs cooling capacity/air flow. I tend to research products to death before I buy them so seeing new options is nice--plus it gives me extra time to roll pennies
