Default Recirc Valve Flutter Noise?

My friend whos got an EVO IX MR has APS recirc twin vent valve, when lets off the throttle it makes a flutter noise. Are there any valve like that forour cars that make this kind of noise?

Thanks!

UUugghh......APS makes one but I would advise not waisting your monies on it, same goes for your buddy! DO NOT run a aftermarket bov on a stock psi WRX! This will undoubtedly cause many problems with the car, and to think your going to spend money to make the car run worse.......but it will make your lil flutter noise!

I do not think he is trying to solve a problem with his friends car, he wants the same bov for his rex.

Don't get a bov for the wrx. Just get a CAI, you'll get more power and the noise from the factory bpv.

I've seen these bov's cause issues and cause loss of power on the dyno.
