About to begin...

Hey guys,

I have been dreaming about the day I drive home a 2005 STI and the dream is soon going to become real. 1 of our cars is about to be paid off and I got the green light from the wife to shop for an STI.

A little bit about myself, I'm 29, married (no kids

). I'm a welder/fabricator for Voith Paper in Appleton, WI. My academic life has been all over but in the end I have an associates degree in autotech, i finished my welding certification in the spring of last year and fall of this year i will be going back to school again for a 2 year associates degree in machining. Once i finish that, I will be attending U of M for mechanical engineering.

My wife and I currently have a 2003 Pontiac Vibe GT and a '99 Saturn SC1 (beater). For a while is was attempting to turbo an SC2 b4 it was totaled. (Shameless plug, '99 SC1 4 sale, high miles

).

Until I get the car, im gonna just stick with reading a lot and asking a few question in the various tech sections. I'm trying to find a bone stock 2005 STI (pref black or silver).

Anyway, I hope to get to know a few of you guys a little better.

Good luck. There's an 04 or 05 WRB STi at the dealership two blocks from my house. No idea what condition its in, though.
