Dream car purchased.

Hey everyone. I'm David, I'm 24 from Frederick MD and I just bought a 2008 WRB STI.

I annoyed my friends constantly throughout high school and after with my love for the WRX/STI. I wanted one so bad for many years. I could never see affording one. I was a responsible kid so I tried do everything in the right order; education, job, bought a house, now the car. It finally happened and I'm loving it.

Congrats to your accomplishments! I graduate college in a month and I will be buying my STI shortly thereafter. I'm probably going with the '05 though, just because it's my favorite one. I might possibly end up buying a new one if I can't find an '05 that meets my standards. I'm going to have to play that by ear though because there's a big difference between $25,000 and $38,000 and the 25 always looks more appealing. I do love the WRB on the new model though... It was so commonplace on the previous ones and now most people are going with either white or gray.

Thanks for the kind words. Now I just have to attempt to fit in with the gearheads that own the car. No offense at all intended.

I'm just not too mechanical, despite my love for the vehicle! Everyone is so smart here.
