IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | welcome aboard! I still own my FC but its got an LS1 inside ![]() one thing I love about the STI is its awd being adjustable on the fly to a rear bias that feels like the well balanced rx7 but without none of the tragic oversteer, its awesome, and even better in crappy weather too. |

IWSTI Addict since: Oct 2004 Trader Rating: (1) | Welcome. I was a former FC owner. You'll find this community just as helpful as rx7club. The cars are different animals all together, but you won't miss the RX7 too much. |

IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | i hear ya man! my buddy and i are rebuilding that rotary and so far its ben a nightmare. not only because this is our first experience with one (im a mechanic too) but the guy that had the car before him had "rebuilt" it himself, but put everything back together half-assed. TONS of vacuum lines are either just disconnected or broken and left there, and alot of the soleniods that are vacuum controled are broken where the line goes in. so this has ben quite the experience lol. when we got it, the secont turbo inlet was blowing air out rather than sucking air in. the turbo precontrol actuator was disconnected for some reason, so we hooked the actuator rod back up and got the secont turbo to suck, but still it wasnt right so we started digging into it and its ben downhill from there. |
