how do you change your icon picture?

click on the 'private messages' link in the upper right of the top of the screen. then when the page loads, look at the tool bar on the left and you should see a link that says 'edit avatar', click it and change it to what ya want.

The USER CP (user control panel) allows you to modify all things regarding your profile. Be awar ethat some aspects are only editable if you are a donating member.
