Adjusting the headlights, more than the switch?

i just got my car back from the shop and i had new more powerful HIDs put in, but they are aimed a bit low, even when i max out the switch, is there a way i can manualy adjust the headlights, i think i saw a post bout that, but when i search i couldnt find it, so could someone please help me out
