REAR LICENSE PLATE LIGHT, CAN I CHANGE TO L.E.Ds

HEY I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS HEARD OF SWITCHING OUT THE LIGHT ABOVE THE REAR LICENSE PLATE AND REPLACING IT WITH THE MORE BLUEISH WHITE L.E.DS??? If you have please let me know, Im trying to go for the all xenon look.

Yes you can, I did, not to a blue but to a PIAA hyperwhite. I have these...

i have LEDs also. Love the look. It looks like the new IS 250/350. Ill try to get some pictures up tonight.

I changed mine out to the PIAA leds as well. They look very close to what the above poster mentioned like the IS250,350 or the new GS lights. Takes about 5 minutes. I'll try and get a pic when it gets dark. Ordered mine from ebay I believe they were around $15-$20 if I remember correctly.

i was also wondering that kewl im so going to buy that but i had one question about a headlight bulb i wanted to get. where can i get yellow blinker bulbs?

I'm in the process of making one...for my WRX, I have a full Body kit (ings) so I had to fab something up to do the LEDs rear plate instead of the factory one...

I really couldnt get myself to spend $30 for piaa's something that I wont even see. So I went ahead and got these:

No way I am changing to brighter bulbs around the plate. I don't want it to be to lite up to people or police.

In fact I have one bulb that is out. The plate is totally lite but barely and has been for some time. I like it just like that.
