Will 04/05 STI sideskirts fit an 2007 WRX TR?

As title says I wonder if 04/05 STI sideskirts fit an 2007 WRX TR without any problems?

yes, but you will have to drill small holes in the lower section of your car where the sideskirts go to install them (Holes are already there on imprezas that come with skirts). All 02-07 wrx, rs, and STI sedan skirts will fit.
