However, pay attention to the last word in that first sentence because most of the time the black is exactly the oposite. I love my car after a nice wax, but 20 minutes later it is covered in very fine dirt carried by any winds. I swear, every single time for the last 3 years that happens. I go do a 100+mph run on the highway and that crap is still all over it. Now, I am thinking of either going white or dark gray on the next ride. Gray is just so "neutral" though and it doesn't get your attention as quick as any other clean looking car. |

IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2008 Trader Rating: (0) | I have WRB...which I really like...but given another chance (if the dealer had one with the exact options I wanted) I just might pick a light color...like white or silver...more visible to other drivers (at least the white), cooler in the summer, shows the dirt less, maybe less of a cop magnet.... [Then again RED is nice too ...but I don't see many of those....] Last edited by DrJ; 09-30-2008 at 03:10 PM. |
