Red grille outlines

How are these red outlines done, is this tape, or what is it.
Seen it in many cars, but don't know what to call it and how to do it.

That is called the RA stripe.

We did it on my buddy's 07' STi using red pinstriping tape from local autozone. There is a how to on here and Nasioc if you do a search.

It's really only supposed to be the center like we did on my buddy's. But some people do all three.
