| Junior STI Driver Car: PSM 05 WRX STi Fav Mod: Coming Soon : Access Port, Cobb TBE, and everything like the rest. Posts: 122
IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | A friend advised me to get mudflaps for the winter thats coming up for my newly purchased STi. I'm pondering whether is it necessary to get mudflaps for the winter to prevent ice buildup etc, rocks chips from damaging my car on my wheels? Are there benefits in using them in the winter? If not I'll probably save the money and get something else . This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

I have them. They were one of my first mods. I ski and snowboard constantly during the winter and recommend them highly. Though, Rally Armor is the most popular, the $20 Autozone specials work fine too. | |

Put RA's on the STi and could not be happier with them. Just seeing the debris collected by the flap is impressive, most of that stuff stays off the paint which is a very good thing, especially during the winter or in places that like to tar and chip. |
