sorry to hear. Ask for a loaner and don't give it back to them until the car is fixed. If they don't pull the motor, at least demand that they do a leak down test because what you're describing sounds like a bad jug to me.

god i hope it doesnt take long to fix whatever it is. heres what it does if this helps explain some more. when i drive slow its fine but when i press a little more gas and start getting into boost its like the RPM's dont even move. you can hear the turbo kinda and it just sounds like its bogging or something.

I bought a used 06 under warranty with 30K, 100% stock. Poor thing would give me misc cyl4 misfires but every time I brought it in it wasn't misfiring at all. So finally the dealership went the extra mile and busted the compression test. Cyl#4 was 10psi lower than the rest. They yanked the motor, tore it apart and ordered parts. The service advisor is giving me that list today. The dealership gave me a loaner that I beat the sh!t out of at all times. At least my motor will be hand built by the master tech.....everything should be proper in the end (i hope). Funny though, car felt strong but idle was wak.

Long story short, don't ignore odbii codes like P0304 (cyl 4 misfire).

EDIT: Car has been in the shop for 3 weeks, took dealership almost two just to take the motor out. Flatthump, myself and CI can remove a motor and have it down to a split crankcase in 8hrs. That makes me trip out.

That sounds about right. FWIW, there's a guy on the boards who claims he can have a motor out and on the stand in an hour, by himself, and that he can re-install it in less than an hour, again by himself. Personally, I'd pay to watch a video of him attempting to do that.
