Default Stromung 3" Catback to stock

Hey, quick question. Will the Stromung 3" catback exhaust kit mate with a stock downpipe, or will I need a conversion?

P.S. Does anyone have any links to soundclips of the single tip version? I've heard the dual tipped one, and would like to know the difference.

Thanks!
-Aaron

wont fit to the stock DP. I have a full 3 inch Stromung turboback. Comes in 4 pieces (short downpipe, intermediate pipe, midpipe and axleback)

Hmm, so to connect it, I'd need to get a 3" downpipe then? Any other options?

I suppose that'd work for now. Probably doesn't sound as good, but hopefully much better than stock.

I'd call one of the vendors, or call Stromung directly. I have one of the single tip 3" catback systems mated to the stock down pipe. I believe they put a 2.5" flange on to mate it up, but the midpipe is 3" also. I'm not sure if it tapers down or not, but I don't think so (it's been a while since I put mine on...)
