send us some reviews when you get them installed on fit finish and sound. That is a setup I am interested in.

Look and feel.... The fit and finish was everything I expected it to be(I am a bit over critical too). From the pics you can tell these are very well engineered and fabricated pieces. All of the flanges are at least 1/4" thick(no bending or warping going on there). All of the bends of the pipe are very smooth. The trick flex joint is full 3"(no necking down going on here).

Install.... Due to the well engineered design I don't know what else to say here other than the install was plug and play. All of the hangers were exactly positioned. The tip of the muffler was exactly centered in the bumper cutout. The exhaust tucks up tightly under the car as if it were stock(not like some exhasuts that you can see the pipes hanging down underneath the car when viewed from the rear.) The install was as easy as remove the old exhaust and install the new exactly as if it were stock. I wrapped mine with the Thermotec V2 Copper wrap and also sealed it with their Hi Temp coating. I also used as much of the factory heat shielding as possible. I cut one small section off of the top turbo heat shield and 1 small section off of the bottom turbo heat shield.

Impressions.... Under normal driving conditions the sound is deeper than stock and you really hear the boxer rumble. The volume may be slightly louder than stock but not much. WOT is a tone of beauty due to the deep boxer rumble and the turbo boosting like madd. I do not have any boost creep or spikes with this exhaust and AP StreetTuner Stage 2 ECU calibration(boost peak is around 17.5 psi). My spool is realtively instantaneous although I can't compare wrapped v.s. unwrapped. After my drive home from work(22 miles) I can touch the side of the intercooler closest to the turbo and I don't feel that it has any radiated heat from the DP or Turbo(granted I never checked it when stock). In a slow corner I can break the stock Bridgestones loose if I go to WOT on late exit(obviously not still turning).

Wrapped or not is your own preference. I would not run without the stock heatshields at a minimum.
