Default Question on COBB Stage 2

Brief warning for every thread based on equipment questions: I know next to nothing when it comes to car mechanics.

On the Cobb stage 2, comes with the AccessPORT and a turboback exhaust system, would it be wise to get this, or a better bang for my buck to get the stage 1 and my own turboback exhaust? Is it "ultra high quality" as stated or can I get better for slightly more, or equal cost? (When adding new exhuast to stage 1 compared to flat out stage 2) Thanks for the help

well if you look around hard enough you can find a full turboback exhaust or get whatever catback and downpipe that you like and spend less money than the cobb turboback. its really up to you. you dont have to have the cobb tbe in order to get the most out of stage 2

Yeah thats what I was wondering. The only difference betwene stage one and stage 2 is the turboback correct? So if thats the case then getting stage 1 and then a seperate turboback exhaust would be cheaper or more bang for my buck? Basically, what I'm trying to do is get the most out of the cobb system that I can without going too far over, and actually trying to come in a little cheaper.

I think you're a little confused(or the way it was written confused me). You can go stage two with any turboback exhaust. It doesn't have to be cobb. You can actually go stage two with just a downpipe.

you cant go wrong with cobb, top quality and a very stock looking appearence. dont cut corners just to save a couple bucks you should be asking yourself what kind of sound do i want or what type of look rather than be concerned with cost. you bought the car thats the most expensive mod you will ever buy
