IWSTI Addict since: May 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | Went to have the APS inlet pipe installed today...before the manifold came off tried to fit the supplied connection hose to the K&N Typhoon...but it's too big for the Typhoon!!! So I will either be selling the APS inlet or buying a APS Cai if APS doesnt have a solution for me This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

IWSTI Addict since: Mar 2005 Trader Rating: (11) | Just tighten the clamp down. The ID if the boot is 3". My Perrin big MAF is 2.75" It tightened down just fine. Or you could get a transition boot. Both easy solutions. |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | nhluhr, great explaination. I never realized you would raise the chance of creep with less restrictive intake pieces...good to know. Nice tip on using the supplied K&N silicone adapter. Thanks, all is clear now |
