I have the TXS FMIC and I have some interference problems. I ended up having to insulate one from the other but no real big deal. With the Perrin though you might have a problem with the new bumper beam. Hope this helps.

The same adhesive heat tape that I wrapped the charge pipe in is what I put on the upper right corner of the IC to keep the IC and OC seperated

I've been running a Perrin FMIC with a Process West FMOC for a few months now...ZERO fitment problems with the Perrin intercooler. Just make sure you wrap the oil lines at the portion closest to the header(as a precaution) AND also wrap where they come through the metal bumper support to avoid any future chafing of the lines due to vibration.

here are some pics of mine...

For the portion of the hose that comes close to the header, I used the standard Thermotec wrap: http://www.thermotec.com/products/full/11001/11001.html

You can get this stuff at most auto parts stores, I bought from NAPA auto parts.

For the portion of the hose that rubs against the metal bumper support, I just used your standard flexible plastic conduit wrap(same stuff that the factory uses over wiring harnesses in the engine bay). This stuff you can get at any Radio Shack.

It's ALWAYS a good idea to take preventative measures especially when you're dealing with oil lines.
