Ask your tuner what gear he is using to dyno the car it makes a big difference my car made about 316whp and over 340wtq in 4th gear but 5th gear is more accurate according to my tuner. Your tuner might use 4th gear to make you think you made more power beware!

Interesting.....I think most use 4th gear for their numbers....

5th gear is closer to 1 to 1 ratio than 4th gear is, so 5th should be more accurate. 1 to 1 ratio is when your motor and wheels are spinning at about the same speed.

I know that i have to run the crappy gas and its a mustang dyno which is very realistic (harsh) on numbers. But why do my numbers seem so low compared to other sti owners in this thread with stock turbos? i know that i could use a aftermarket intercooler.. but the tuning and A/F is solid! and I make power from 3k to 7k rpm.

What gear did your tuner dyno your car in, that makes a big difference.

Dyno numbers mean nothing. You could make 1000hp on the stock turbo on the right dyno and "calibration". More important is what are stock STi's making on the same dyno under the same conditions and same correction factors.
