my friend spoke to xxtuning, they can only put out 375whp on pump and 439whp on race....my friends green makes 400whp on pump and 456 on race... so im not understanding how a bigger turbo such as the sr55 is being out numbered but a green...anyone?

The FP Green is a tried and tested turbo. It just works very well on our cars. I haven't heard much about the SR55 but I know the SR50 had some fitment issues. For how expensive the SR55 is I wouldn't buy it even if it performed better.

you should also ask xx what they got out of the green turbo.
i have seen some posts claiming 400 on pump from a green, then looking at vishnu's stg2 which uses a green, they aren't even getting that on race.
different dyno's.

You guys with greens - what are you using for ems? I'm considering going with Ecutek and later putting on a green... just hoping to find someone that has a decent reflash for the fp green.

I have seen SR55's put down about same numbers as the Green/Superzilla. No problems at all. It's quite a ncie efficient turbo but tuning it takes a little longer than the Green/Superzilla and is a little different in the way it likes to be setup. On race fuel you're likely to see better numbers from the SR55. One thing to note. You HAVE to tighten the wastegate arm on the SR55 to get much of anything out of it. They send them looser than a goose.
