Ok i am sort of new to the modding scence i have done mustly cosmetic stuff to my car nothing really motor. So now with this car i want to do motor and cosmetic later. Im lookin into some mods now but i dont want anything to risky. So far i have a Blitz Nur Spec cat back and Turbo XS RFL BOV. I was thinkin of getting a down pipe such as the helix because its price and some stuff i read about it but then i worry about this boost creep issue. But then i head that EM such as the AP will solve this but its not out for the 05s yet and im a lill nervous that if i get the wastegate ported something may go wrong. So im lookin for ur recomdations..what would u guys do to get the most out of this car. Im not look for like turbo up grades yet but just some moderate things
Thanks

Default black sti with TE 37's

The number one thing to do to the STi is White Line differential bushings, they are cheap like 25.00 and take all of 20 minutes to install and this is the one thing SOA should have installed from the factory. If you take your car out and get on it real hard and shift and feel a thump or banging noise this is the root of your problem. As for the exhaust get your wastegate ported then do a turbo back exhaust along with engine management. The gains you make with these mods will be huge on your hiny dyno. My Sti dynoed on a Mustang 500AWd at 217 & 230tq stock then with the header, turbo back, intake, and ported wastegate it did 233 & 242tq. Then when I did a UTEC it did 281 & 311tq. The numbers were good but the gain of over 80tq from 2900 to 4800 was awesome.

He has a 2005 so he doesn't need the steering rack bushings.
