Default O2 sensor wiring problem?

A while ago I ordered a cel fix for the dp from ebay. The fix looked like this.

The fix is really big. Me and my brother installed the cel fix. The wiring was small and was a little difficult for the wire to fit in. My brother was tightening the fix and the O2 wiring. Later we realized that one of the O2 wires cut because the wires also twisted while tightening. I put on electrical tape around the wire that cut. The cel came on. I took the car to the dealers to see if they can fix the O2 wiring since the car is still under warranty. The dealers told that the O2 wiring will need to be replaced and I will have to buy the part and pay for putting it on also because the cel fix wasn't installed by them. He said its going to cost me $350 dollars including the part.

Is there anything I can do to fix it?

You cant fix that O2 sensor. You riped the wire from the sensor and theres noting to weld it on. You need to twist the sensor on the opposite direction a couple of times before screwing it in so the wire wont brake like yours did. I had done this countless times before, then i grew tired and when i started tuning the first ting I did was to turn of that dam cel and now I'm happy.
